Advancing Grassroots Football Through The FFA Website

The brief

The Football Foundation for Africa (FFA) is an international social enterprise driving investment in grassroots football development across Africa to create youth employment. Having grown from organising local tournaments in Nairobi to forming international partnerships across the continent, FFA needed a web platform that matched its expanded reach.

The founder, Brian Wesaala, brought in Zedafrica to lead the platform development, and Zedafrica partnered with Visualsnare to build the website and handle graphic design.

The challenge

FFA’s growth had outpaced its brand presence. The organisation needed a visual identity and web platform that could communicate its pan-African mission credibly to partners, donors, and communities, while still feeling grounded in the grassroots work that defined it.

The approach

Visualsnare built the website and produced the supporting graphic design in collaboration with Zedafrica, establishing a consistent visual language across the platform that reflected FFA’s scale and ambition without losing its community roots.
