Designing for Three Audiences: Lanterna Home Health Care

The brief

Lanterna, a licensed home health care provider, needed a website to communicate three distinct service lines: home health care (full hospital setups in patients’ homes), school health (adopting and managing school clinics), and medical equipment sales and rentals.

The challenge

Three service lines aimed at three very different audiences: families, school administrators, and procurement officers had to coexist on one site without diluting any of them.

The approach

We designed the homepage around clearly separated entry points so each audience could self-identify within seconds, then routed them to dedicated service pages tailored to how they make decisions. The About and Careers pages carry institutional credibility, the Equipment page reads as a catalogue, and the Blog supports long-term SEO.

Full page set: Homepage, About, Careers, Services (Home Health Care), Services (School Health), Equipment, Blog, and Contacts. Blog Page, Equipment Page, Services Page (Home health care and School Health) and Contacts Page.
